Nominations open soon. When they do, they will be free, open to anyone, and you will be able to nominate yourself.
There is nothing to send yet. This page is here so the bar is clear before you write anything.
What makes a good nomination
Saying somebody “should be on the list” does not help. What helps is one specific, checkable thing they did, with a date. A named piece of work, a decision, a number that is published somewhere we can find it.
Show, do not tell. A job change gets somebody considered. A pointable act of leadership gets them published.
What we will ask for
- Their name, company and role
- Their LinkedIn
- What they have actually done
- Your name and email, so we can come back to you
We will not ask for the nominee’s email address. They have not agreed to be nominated, and we would rather not hold contact details for someone who does not know we have them.
When they open
The Watchlist goes out every two weeks. It is where we will say that nominations are open.
